how do we get through level 14?

Level 14 is where you get the podium - the greatest tool for achieving expert scores! The key to using the podium to its best advantage is to let your customers stack up there a bit, just remember to stand at the podium long enough for the heart to appear - that's when the happiness level of the customers increases. By stacking up customers at the podium you are now in control of what order to seat them, and you can seat bunches of them at the same time to maximize your chaining bonuses. Always try to seat similar customers at the same time, they do everything at the same rate and they won't annoy each other. You also now have more control over how much color matching you can do - remember, the more color matching you do the better your bonuses will be! Try to never break up a chain by bringing drinks, always do that right before or after a chain of another action. For example: Seat 4 groups of customers, bring the most unhappy or impatient group a drink, then gather all of the orders, then bring another drink where it is needed, then deliver all the meals, then bring a drink if you have time, then drop off all the checks, then go back and clear all the tables. I forgot to mention - keep an eye on the customers at the podium and go back there in between actions too - you've got to keep those hearts high for this strategy to work.
