Hi xobabygurl21!

After you play a Playfirst game, (at least finish one restaurant) submit your highscores by clicking on the "HighScore" button and log in with your Playfirst user name and password then hit "submit" you should have your internet on and you will connect to playfirst. After that, any medals you have earned should show up on your medals page.

People usually earn medals for finishing a restaurant, finishing an entire game, getting expert scores on all levels of all games and other specific goals individual to each game. I hope this helps! Good Luck! :) » More
