Hello princessmimi,

To create a customized avatar (I think you mean create your own waiter), you will need to download Diner Dash Hometown Hero: Gourmet from this site. Then when you open the game, there is an option to create your own waiter. Create him or her and then there should be a button to upload the waiter as your avatar here. Then log in here and choose your customized waiter as your avatar and you're all set. :) » More
