I cant beat diner dash the second restaurant the last level. Any tips?

This generally happens in this game
The goal is too high to achieve and people are easily disheartened...

I personally feel you divide the restaurant in two(imaginarily) and seat noisy and flirty customers on one side and customers who dislike noise on one side. This helps a lot and try buying the appropriate upgrades which make the people gives more money...
