Hi everyone,

The game I installed also has the impossibly high expert score of 6450. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to fix this. I am hoping not to have to download the game again because I don't really want to replay all of levels 1-35 to get expert again. I've read on here that some people had e-mailed PlayFirst to see if there was a patch or something. I can't e-mail them about the glitch because I downloaded the game through Shockwave and they will only respond to e-mails if you buy the game directly from PlayFirst. Any suggestions??

Luvabrit, come one! LOL I replayed the game 3 times! LOL If you're only up to Level 36, it won't be that bad. With me, I played it the first time, then my whole game got wiped out, (all 52 levels!) because of a PF bootstrapper error. I replayed the entire game again, but my old score was still logged in, even after replaying it the 2nd time, I had no way to submit my score, as my old score just showed up. So that's how I ended up playing it a whopping 3 times!

Hopefully, if you uninstall the game, then reinstall it, it will have the correct 5,000 points on 36. I can't guarantee it, but if you really want to do it, it's an option. I was determined to beat that level! LOL Before you do it though, I'd email PF telling the about it and see what they suggest. Maybe they do have a patch, who knows?

I was just thinking while I was typing this how funny it would be if PlayFirst used some of the Little Britain characters in their games as the pet store customers - imagine Lou & Andy or Bubbles from the health spa, or Davide from Wales. LOL What would their characters say in the pet shop?

That would be funny! I'd like to see Anne. That little Andy is quite the scamp. LOL

Are you saying that the expert score for this level is only supposed to be 5000 instead of 6400? If so, I'll have to uninstall and reinstall my game and go back to expert on all of the levels.

That's what I had to do to get the expert medal. I had to uninstall my old game, which had the unattainable score on Level 36. I reinstalled the new version right here at PF, and had to start over. However, the time I spent replaying the entire game was far less than the time I spent trying to get 6400 on that level.

Lisa, you got expert! Cool! Was it 5,000? I think that goal was high enough as it was! LOL

Oh, yeah LB. I left you a message I think yesterday in your "I did it thread". I finally beat it after uninstalling/replaying the whole game. Thank God by the time I got to Level 36, the goal was indeed 5000. Thanks again for your tips, though. I didn't even have to play 36 twice this time through!

Wow, guys thanks for the info. Well since I lost all my progress in the first game I'm gonna uninstall and reinstall and then start over. No wonder we never could get the expert on level 36 - it was unattainable!! Thanks for the information!!! I want my expert medal too, lol!!

Can anyone tell me how to uninstall the game? I've tried trashing every file I could find, but when I reload it, it still knows me. There's a cookie somewhere I can't find. I have expert on every level but 36 and 46 and 47, I believe. I want to start fresh with the right goal for 36. Please help if you can.

Thanks for the info, I'll have to try reinstalling tonight. Thank goodness for kind people in the forums, even though I emailed Playfirst about this problem, they didn't tell me what the issue was and totally avoided saying anything helpful.
