Utilize the radio, click it whenever it is available.
Seat all the impatient customers first and by color when possible.
Save all the grannies for last since they take longer to try on clothes.
I found that chaining was important in this game so I always tried to seat no more customers than I could handle, most often no more than four at a time when I could help it.  » More
