How do you pass 5-9 let alone get expert score?

There is a different strategy for everyone, so the best I can do is share mine. I like to wait for several guests to arrive before I start seating. I start taking gifts in while I seat more guests. I fill all but one seat and I start big chains for each course by serving each person before moving on to the next course. As the dessert course comes I look at all the waiting guests and their requests. Sometimes they want to sit by people that are not with their group so I serve everyone but that person so the get up and I seat the new guests, then serve them dessert. The tip I can give is to try to fill every request and make long chains.
