I don't know how much this will help, I'll try though. First, did you buy the games from PlayFirst? I don't know if you can if you did not. Also, make sure your firewall allows this communication. When you click on high scores for the game, does it have a tab for Global scores? When you click on that, you should be able to see all high scores, for everyone. Then there should be a submit button. When you click submit, it will ask for your account info. If none of this happens, perhaps you didn't buy from Playfirst? Or it's a game that does not offer medals. Many of my fave games do not have this feature. Good luck, hopefully something I said helped!!!! » More
