how do you get expert scores on all levels?

You probably already know this but you have to beat the goal then the expert score shows up, so there really is no way of knowing ahead of time what it is(unless you write it down). We have all of the diner dash games, and I agree with one of the previous answerers. This game is based on strategy and strategy alone. Chains really help, and my mom and me found that standing at the podium for a while(if you have one, this won't help much if you don't) until you have enough for a full house really helps. Hope this helps you as much as it did me!
