Hi Csrmen!
Not sure exactly which level 10 you mean of which restaurant, but here are some tips I have put together that will hopefully help you. I know it is long, but if you read and follow it carefully, it should help you beat that level and others. Good Luck!
P = Podium MCH = Make customers happy
Since you have a P you can MCH in the line so no one goes home. Make sure while you stand at it, that you wait until you hear a sound effect and see the customers get happy and hearts increase down the line.
Basically, as people line up at the P, have Flo stand there. As long as she is there, you could walk away from your game, go for a walk, and hours later she would still be at the podium making people happy! :)
Even when the "closed" sign comes out, it doesn't matter, as the customers will all show up eventually. The only way to lose one, is if they get angry and leave and you don't want that at any cost because you will lose big points. (If you lose more than 3 customers, just restart your level) Here is the basic way to beat the level.
Stand by the P to MCH, wait a bit until you have a huge line and fill up the hearts as much as you can. Place a vase of flowers on all tables, then go back to P and MCH, Seat customers keeping "like with like" as much as you can (and always color match customers to seats when possible). For example, pull all the cell phone men, cell boys ,cell girls and joggers from the line and seat them. (Don't worry if you dont use every table. The more tables the better, but you don't have to fill up every one at every pass.)
After you seat them, run Flo to the P and MCH. Wait until all the menus are flat on the table. (They may ask for snacks before ordering and that is fine just watch the lines andtables heart level.) Collect each menu and deliver it to cook and then go back to P to MCH.
Check if anyone at a table is low on hearts and give them a drink if needed. Drinks break chains so give them in between chains unless its an emergency. Go back to the P and MCH.
When food is ready, deliver all the food, then go back to P and MCH, now you can give snacks, mop floor, etc then back to the P,MCH then check everyone out by clicking only once leaving dirty dishes on the table and go back to P to MCH, THEN clean all tables, and back to P to MCH. Again put flowers on all tables that need them, then back to the P and start the cycle over again choosing another set of customers that get along well.
