Hello there,
I wonder. Even after you beat the game the first time, did none of the medals (like the farms, story mode, etc.) show up? This same thing happened to me so what I would suggest trying to play the game but as a different player. This time, I used my PF user name and submitted scores after I finished each farm, to make sure that the appropriate medals for completing some farms would show up.
Try that and if there are still any problems, please let us know. :)
