It took me sometime to figure it out, but I know why they called it "The Odd Couple".
Because Flo and Quinn are acting like spouses in this comic.
Let me explain: Flo is carrying herself like a boy (or husband) by watching tv and eating. Quinn is carrying herself like a girl (of wife) by preparing for the wedding. And like most couples the wife is always getting in the way of what the husband wants to do...which is why Flo is upset with her.
